Life By Divine Design is a coaching and personal development brand operated by Testify Media Corp. Our services are designed to support individuals in aligning their lives with purpose, clarity, and intentional growth. We are based in North Carolina and serve clients throughout the United States.

References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Testify Media Corp d/b/a Life By Divine Design. References to "you" or "your" refer to any person who accesses our website, engages our services, or opts into communications with us.

02 Services

We offer coaching programs, consultations, digital resources, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any coaching engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or service confirmation provided at the time of enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Coaching services are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, medical care, or legal advice.

03 SMS Messaging & Appointment Reminders

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Life By Divine Design, including but not limited to:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling updates or changes
• Follow-up messages related to your coaching sessions
• Important account or service notifications

How to opt out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent, except as required by law.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

04 Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and session-related information, is collected and used solely to deliver our services, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

05 Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, pricing, and any applicable refund or cancellation policies are detailed in the service agreement or enrollment confirmation provided at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to those terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding billing, please contact us within 30 days of the charge in question so we may work toward a resolution.

06 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary and will provide advance notice whenever possible.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and resources created or shared by Life By Divine Design, including written content, tools, worksheets, and digital materials, are the intellectual property of Testify Media Corp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

Content shared by clients during coaching sessions remains the client's own. We will not share your personal disclosures without your consent, except as required by law.

08 Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative, educational process. Results vary by individual and depend on your commitment and circumstances. Life By Divine Design makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testify Media Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
